Food analysis and testing is extremely important for monitoring the public health and for ensuring that the consumer enjoys healthy and safe food products.

EP & TA Lab performs all food analysis required for advanced microbiological monitoring. All tests are performed following the provisions of the EU and local Legislation using ISO standards and methods.

Main tests performed for food products:
 

• Salmonella using ISO 6579

• Listeria Monocytogenes using ISO 11290-2

• Staphylococcus aureus using ISO 6888-1

• E. Coli using ISO 16649-2

• Total Bacterial Count using ISO 4833  

• Enterobacteriaceae ISO 21528-2

All other testing regarding food, food products, liquids and animal feed.
